Since Kim Kardashian’s reality-clip announcement yesterday that she and Kanye West are expecting their second child, the Internet has been abuzz with commentary — and some of it, believe it or not, has been unkind to the gleaming, rubbery mother-to-be. Surprisingly, though, some of the harshest words have come from a source who’s near and dear to Kim K’s heart. (And her bladder, urethra and small intestine.)
