One of the highlights of the “SCAD MAD MAD MAD Weekend,” hosted last weekend by the Southeastern Chapter of the National Cartoonists Society at the Savannah College of Art and Design, was a “Spy vs. Spy” competition organized by Anthony Fisher, Chairman of the school’s Sequential Arts Department.
