First Obama scheduled what many are calling the most important speech of his presidency opposite a big GOP Presidential debate. And the minute Boehner balked, Obama immediately caved and rescheduled his speech opposite the opening game of the NFL season — virtually guaranteeing no one will be watching him. In a job that requires big brass balls, Obama appears to have two Tic-Tacs.
